Players Need to Know

You must be at least 18 years old to register and play on WinPKR. This is a firm requirement with no exceptions. WinPKR verifies your age at the point of withdrawal using your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is closed immediately. If you believe someone under 18 has registered, contact support@winpkr.wine immediately.

Go to the login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter the Pakistani mobile number you used to register and WinPKR will send a 6-digit reset code via SMS within a few seconds. Enter the code, set a new password and you're back in. The code expires in 10 minutes — if it expires, simply request a new one. If you've lost access to your registered mobile number, email support@winpkr.wine with your account details for manual recovery.

No. WinPKR allows exactly one account per person. Creating multiple accounts — even using a different mobile number or device — is a violation of WinPKR's Terms and Conditions and will result in all linked accounts being permanently closed and balances forfeited. If you've accidentally created a duplicate or think you already have an account, log in to your original account or contact support before registering again.

You can register and deposit without submitting documents. However, WinPKR will request CNIC verification before processing your first withdrawal. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) check that also confirms you are 18 or older. Submit a clear photo of both sides of your Pakistani CNIC via the verification section of your account dashboard. Verification typically completes within a few hours during business days.

Log in to your WinPKR account and go to the Deposit section. Select your preferred payment method — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the PKR amount you want to deposit (minimum Rs 500) and follow the on-screen steps for your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits typically reflect in your WinPKR balance within 60 seconds. Bank IBFT transfers may take a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on WinPKR is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though large deposits may prompt an additional verification step. All deposits are made and held in Pakistani Rupees — there is no currency conversion on WinPKR.

WinPKR accepts the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay (mobile wallets), Bank IBFT (inter-bank funds transfer to any Pakistani commercial bank), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. WinPKR does not accept international wire transfers or cryptocurrency. All transactions are in PKR only.

First, refresh your WinPKR account page and wait a few minutes — Easypaisa and JazzCash are typically instant but can occasionally take up to 5 minutes during peak times. Bank IBFT transfers can take longer. If after 30 minutes your balance hasn't updated, check your deposit transaction history in your account dashboard. If the deposit shows as "Pending", contact WinPKR support via live chat with your payment reference number and the amount — the team will trace it and credit your account manually if the payment has been confirmed on the network's end.

Log in and go to the Withdrawal section of your account dashboard. Select your preferred withdrawal method — the same methods available for deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, Bank IBFT, Visa/Mastercard). Enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw. If your CNIC hasn't been verified yet, WinPKR will ask you to complete verification first. Once your withdrawal request is submitted, it is typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the method and time of day.

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay are similar. Bank IBFT withdrawals to Pakistani commercial banks usually complete within 2–4 hours but can occasionally take until the next business day for large amounts or transfers made late at night. Visa/Mastercard refunds can take 1–3 business days depending on your bank's processing time. WinPKR processes withdrawal requests 24/7 — there are no "office hours" restrictions.

Yes. The minimum withdrawal amount on WinPKR is Rs 500. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though very large withdrawals may be processed in batches for operational reasons. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn — only your real-money balance and converted bonus winnings are withdrawable. Your full withdrawal history is visible in your account dashboard.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: CNIC verification not yet complete, active wagering requirements on bonus funds, a mismatch between the account name and the registered payment method name, or a security hold triggered by unusual account activity. If your withdrawal was declined, you'll receive a notification explaining the reason. Log in to your WinPKR account and navigate to Cricket Betting or PSL Betting from the main menu. Select the match you want to bet on, browse the available markets (match winner, top batsman, total runs, live in-play markets and many more) and click on the odds for your selection. Your selection is added to your bet slip — enter your stake in PKR, review the potential return and confirm the bet. Winnings are credited to your balance as soon as the market is settled.

Yes. WinPKR offers live in-play betting on PSL matches and all major international cricket fixtures involving Pakistan. Live markets update ball by ball — odds adjust in real time to reflect the current state of the match, making in-play betting one of the most engaging features on WinPKR. If a cricket match is officially abandoned (due to rain, security reasons or any other cause recognised by the relevant cricket board) before enough play has occurred to produce a valid result under WinPKR's betting rules, all bets on that match are voided and your stake is returned to your WinPKR account in full. Postponed matches are treated according to WinPKR's match betting rules — if the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours, bets typically remain active. The minimum single bet stake on WinPKR cricket markets is Rs 50. This applies to PSL betting, international cricket, and all other sports markets on WinPKR. The maximum stake varies by market and odds — maximum limits are displayed on the bet slip before you confirm. For premium or live in-play markets, limits may differ. WinPKR's Ludo Games section lets you play the classic Pakistani board game against other real players for real PKR stakes. After logging in, go to Ludo Games, choose a table with a stake level that suits your budget (from Rs 50 entry games to higher-stake tables), and join a game. No. WinPKR will never contact you by SMS, WhatsApp or phone call to ask for your password, OTP code or account PIN. Yes. Deposit limits are one of the most-used responsible gaming tools on WinPKR. Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming and set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. The limit activates immediately. You can decrease it at any time without delay. Increasing a deposit limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit takes effect — this built-in delay is intentional, giving you time to reconsider before raising your spending cap.
